Hadi Bozorgmanesh
Hadi Bozorgmanesh is Professor of Practice in the School of Engineering at UConn where he developed and teaches Tech Experiential Entrepreneurship for graduate students and post-doctoral researchers interested in converting research into viable businesses. Bozorgmanesh is an academic advisor to the Innovation House and actively involved with introducing entrepreneurship to the First-Year Learning Communities. Bozorgmanesh also serves as a mentor and advisor to student entrepreneurs and helps them with funding opportunities through the Third Bridge Grant Program. Prior to UConn, Bozorgmanesh was a senior executive with Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), where he held leadership positions in Europe and the U.S. He holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Engineering, M.S. in Physics and Nuclear Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from UConn. |

Kevin Crowley Kevin manages the $46 million Connecticut BioScience Facilities Fund, which invests in the build-out of wet laboratory space. He has led CI’s investments in Affinimark Technologies, Cara Therapeutics, Discover Video, HistoRx (sold to Genoptix), Intelligent Clearing Network (ICN), Oil Purification Systems, Oxford Performance Materials, Precipio Diagnostics and Solais Lighting (sold to PowerSecure), and was on the board of Standing Stone, Inc. when it was sold to Alere, Inc. in May 2011. |

Richard Dino, Ph.D. Rich is a tenured member of the Management Faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Business and Co-Director of the iREU Program housed in the Chemical, Materials and Biomolecular Engineering Department in the UConn School of Engineering. Glendowlyn Thames Glen currently is executive director of CTNext. In this role, she oversees vital programs that support the state’s small technology businesses and encourages innovation, collaboration, and commercialization.
